Human-Centered Industrial Design
Your Vision…
… is our Mission
STEAMfruit brings a holistic, end-to-end approach to industrial design that considers every variable from the first sketch to the final manufactured part. With a broad skill set earned across real-world projects, our work is grounded in a deep understanding of materials, processes, manufacturability, and especially the human experience of every object we design. Each project begins with listening: understanding your constraints, your users, your market, and your vision — then translating all of that into design decisions that are intentional, elegant, and buildable.
From concept through production, STEAMfruit is equipped to take ideas the full distance. Capabilities include precision CAD design, rapid prototyping, 3D scanning for reverse engineering, 3D printing for fast iteration and short-run production, molding and casting for functional finished-quality parts, and laser cutting for both prototyping and finished components. Each tool is wielded not in isolation, but as part of a coordinated process, chosen deliberately to serve the design, the timeline, and the bottom line.
STEAMfruit’s approach doesn’t treat manufacturing as an afterthought. Design for manufacturing is woven into the process from day one, anticipating tooling requirements, material behavior, assembly logic, and cost implications before they become problems. With a unique design vision that balances technical rigor with creative clarity, STEAMfruit delivers products that are as well-engineered as they are well-conceived — and with small-format 4-axis CNC capabilities on the horizon, the range of what’s possible is only growing.
